Fame Fitness is a fitness center and personal training company in Philadelphia, PA. Upon our working together, Fame Fitness was already an established brand with a significant following on social media as well as a solid base of clients in both the gym and personal training sides of the business. Owner and Head Personal Trainer, Jonas Palmer, was running a successful business, but knew that there was opportunity to improve, which could help lead to an expansion of business.
Fame Fitness’ original website did not provide a good user experience, had numerous spelling and grammatical errors, was difficult to read, and was not mobile friendly.
The three major shortcomings of the original website:
The new Fame Fitness website features a beautiful slider with images of the gym and owner Jonas Palmer. It is mobile-friendly, fast loading, secure, and encourages visitors to book an appointment or contact Fame Fitness on every page.
Fame Fitness was using multiple systems to organize various types of information. Business Rebooted implemented Square into Fame Fitness' daily operations and website. Square is a CRM, scheduling and billing platform where everything is in one place. With the Square CRM, Fame Fitness has a fully functioning CRM (customer relationship manager) and is able to manage customer information, scheduling, and notes specific to each client.
The billing solution within Square allows Fame Fitness to send invoices periodically, or create recurring or subscription-based billing cycles. Taking payment has never been easier, as it can now be done from the customer's dashboard or in-person with the Square card reader. Additionally, billing, accounting, taxes, employees, and sales/operational reports are all displayed and managed in one unified system.
Previously, Fame Fitness was one of the last listings on the first page of Google search results. With the improvements we made, Fame Fitness is now the first result on Google for relevant search terms and includes the highly coveted sitelinks. This increases Fame Fitness' ability to be found by current and potential clients.
The original logo was difficult to understand and didn't have any direct relationship with the business. With this new logo, Fame Fitness can plaster the logo everywhere without fear of confusion. Fame Fitness plans to use this logo on a new line of clothing to complement its normal gym-based operations.
